We support our customers at every stage, with advice on materials selection and processing methods, training operators who are unfamiliar with composites technology, and providing technical support whenever required.
 
Hexcel provides raw materials for the construction of :

1 Energy Absorbers, Driver Protection: Pre-crushed metallic honeycomb assemblies and carbon prepregs.
2 Drivers Cab: Moulded epoxy prepreg component. 
3 Ceiling panels : Moulded with prepreg or honeycomb sandwich. 
4 Upper Deck and Lower Flooring: Moulded with prepreg or honeycomb sandwich
5 Internal Side Wall Panels: Moulded with prepreg or fabricated panels. 
6 Connecting Archway: Moulded component with honeycomb and prepreg materials.
7 Luggage Area : Fabricated panels.
8 External Doors : Bonded honeycomb sandwich construction.
9 Equipment Protection Covers: prepreg or fabricated panels.
10 Interior Furnishing and Seating: Fabricated with panel materials or sandwich moulded construction.
11 Luggage Bin: Moulded with prepreg or fabricated panels.
12 Bulkheads, Interior Walls and Doors: Panel material or bonded fabricated assembly. 
13 Bogies/Leafsprings: Specialist components from carbon/glass prepregs
14 Fishplates: Glass prepregs.
