Hexcel Finish Performance Features
Greige Fabric Loom state fabric. No additional fabric finish processing for Teflon and coating applications.
CS-112 Fully heat cleaned fabrics for silicone coating processes.
CS-210 Carmelized fabric in which oils and starches are partially volatilized. For use in melamine and electrical coating laminations.
F90 Heat cleaned ceramic fabric.
NPH Silicone Neutral pH finish recommended for silicone laminates.
Weave Set Finishes

Hexcel offers a broad range of weave sets and tie coats to improve weave stability and adhesion of various coatings to the fabrics.

Typical weaveset finishes include polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl chloride, starch, stryrene butadiene, and acrylic resins. Please consult Hexcel for details on the best weaveset for your application.
