It’s the same with our people. We know that to remain a leader in our field we need to attract outstanding talent and that’s why we launched the EARLY CAREER PROGRAM – to give graduates who are embarking on their careers the opportunity to realize their potential and make a difference.

What is Hexcel’s Early Career Program?
If you are a recent graduate who is looking for a career in Operations, R&T, Finance or Sales & Marketing, we provide a 3-year program that will build up your experience and advance your career progression. While in Full Time employment you will spend two years on a Functional Track and one year in Cross-Functional Assignments at Hexcel facilities.
