Lilian Braylé

Lilian Braylé is President, Aerospace - Europe, MEA/AP & Industrial. Lilian joined Hexcel in September 2025.
Prior to joining Hexcel, Lilian was executive vice president of systems, equipment, and propulsion at Naval Group. Prior to his time with Naval Group, he held various senior roles at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, including KNDS Group, Airbus, and SAFRAN, where he led large-scale, complex businesses and focused on driving growth.
Lilian holds a degree in mechanical and process engineering from the University of Sheffield in the U.K., a degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Lyon, France, and a master's degree in international business from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in Toulouse, France.
